Leadership Team

Lynnsey Vandeventer

Chief Executive Officer - Partner

Lynnsey joins All Together Recovery as CEO  with six years of experience in SUD treatment. She has worked in direct client care, program development, and leadership roles. Lynnsey is excited to develop a holistic program for ATR clients, using creative interventions, evidence-based practices, and a collaborative treatment approach.

Justin Vandeventer

Executive Director

Justin Vandeventer, BA, APSS, is the Executive Director at All Together Recovery. With a Bachelor’s in Human Services and extensive experience in SUD treatment, he has held roles like Regional Outreach Coordinator and Aftercare Property Manager. As a Certified Community Health Worker and Peer Support Specialist, Justin is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Justin is in recovery with 7+years of sobriety.

Andrew Hager

Chief Marketing Officer - Partner

Andrew Hager, born in Lexington, KY, battled addiction for 28 years, losing his daughter to overdose before finding recovery over a decade ago. Now clean, he founded the “Blameless Children Foundation” to support kids affected by addiction and leads “Heart Ministries,” a prison outreach program. As a national speaker and host of “Andrew Hager Live,” he shares a message of hope and redemption.

Medical Team

Dr. Jacob Bishop, MD

Medical Director
Dr. Jacob Bishop, MD, is a behavioral medicine specialist with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2014. Jacob is not just a partner and our Medical Director; he’s a kind, caring, committed, and compassionate practitioner who can provide a roadmap to mental and physical health.

Katie Graham

Clinical Program Manager

Katie Graham, Clinical Program Manager for All Together Recovery, holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from EKU and a Master’s from WKU. With over nine years of experience, she specializes in substance use disorder and trauma therapy in both outpatient and residential settings. Passionate about helping others, Katie strives to empower clients to rediscover their strength and purpose in recovery.

Kathy Gaines

Medical Manager
Since 2013, has dedicated her life to nursing—first in corrections and, since 2018, in the recovery field. Over the years, she has learned that true healing is about so much more than medical care. It’s about treating people with love, compassion, and respect in an atmosphere where the client feels valued, supported, and understood. 

Jennifer Barton

MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CCM
Psych APRN

With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Jennifer Barton has passion for holistic care which led her to address the gap between addiction treatment and mental health, earning her advanced certification to better serve those with co-occurring disorders. Jennifer is dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care and believes in sharing hope and healing through her work.

Shanda Correll

Admissions Manager

Shanda Correll, from Lexington, KY, has been sober since 2018 and has dedicated over five years to the recovery field. With experience ranging from peer support to marketing and public relations, Shanda is currently the Admissions Manager for All Together Recovery. She is passionate about helping individuals seeking recovery and is a strong advocate that recovery is not only possible but transformative.

Nick Rhodus

Client Support Manager

Nick Rhodus, a Danville native, has over four years of experience in peer support, training, and leadership. Sober since 2020, he has certified 200+ peer support specialists in Kentucky and helped implement the Trait-Based Model of Recovery. Nick is passionate about empowering others to recognize their value and strengths, proving that recovery is possible.

Justin “JT” Talgo

After Care Manager

As a combat veteran who has faced the challenges of military service, addiction, and life, I believe that with the right spiritual tools, life skills, and support, any challenge can be overcome. With 17 years of recovery, I’ve learned that embracing both clinical knowledge and spiritual wisdom can lead to a new beginning and a second chance at life.

Tammy La Palme

Managing Partner

Co-Founder of Isaiah House is the Managing Partner for All Together Recovery. Tammy has dedicated the last 25 years of her life to see those suffering from SUD issues live their best possible lives.

Jonah Cline

Office Manager

Jonah, a Danville, Kentucky native, has spent eight years in rural healthcare and recently found his calling in recovery work. Actively involved in his community, he volunteers in local theatre, teaches ASL, and serves on nonprofit boards. Jonah is passionate about bringing joy, celebration, and purpose to people’s lives, embracing everyone’s unique journey.

Logan Young

After Care Manager
Logan, a longtime resident of the Danville community has spent many years working in recovery in various roles.  He currently is involved with local high school sports coverage and numerous community organizations.  
“Over the years I’ve witnessed so many lives changed and families restored; it’s a beautiful thing to witness.  I feel that having long term treatment combined with aftercare and transitional housing is an important part of successful recovery.  I am thrilled to be in a role that I can assist people with that.”

Kitchen Manager
Cindy has over 30 years’ experience of being a Director, Food and Beverage Manager, Dietary Aide, and Cook. Working   in the kitchen and sharing her recipes is her passion.  Providing nutritional meals, kindness, and compassion for our clients in recovery is her daily goal.
